We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Development Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing distribution partners. This role plays a key part in expanding our market reach through strategic partnerships, enhancing channel performance, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, in-depth knowledge of distribution sales, and the ability to execute business expansion strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Distribution Partner Acquisition & Management

  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners (Franchisees, Dealers, Retailers) to expand market coverage.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.

2. Revenue Generation & Growth

  • Drive revenue through distribution partners by optimizing sales strategies.
  • Set sales targets and track performance to ensure achievement.
  • Design and implement incentive programs to improve partner motivation and output.

3. Channel Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide product training and sales support to distribution partners.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with proper resources, tools, and brand guidelines.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor channel performance using relevant KPIs and metrics.
  • Evaluate and report partner performance against objectives.

5. Contract & Compliance Management

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual alignment.
  • Ensure all distribution partners comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to align channel activities with overall business goals.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies that support long-term distribution growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in channel sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sales analytics tools, and market research
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for partner meetings and market development initiatives
