This leadership role will shape our organizational culture, drive talent strategy, and ensure a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning
Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Act as a thought partner to leadership on organizational development, culture, and people management.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract and retain top talent across departments, ensuring alignment with future company needs.
Upskilling & Development
Identify skill gaps and design learning and development programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
People Management & Policy
Review and strengthen HR policies, ensure compliance, and uphold a supportive work environment.
Performance Management
Develop frameworks for performance evaluation, feedback, and growth to boost individual and team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and team scaling
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech, IoT, or high-growth startup environments
- HR, Organizational Development, or related certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
