About the Role

Inovace is seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as either a Project Coordinator or Project Management Intern, depending on experience level. This role is essential in supporting our project lifecycle—from planning to execution—by ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and documentation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, help manage timelines, assist in stakeholder communications, and contribute to problem-solving and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
  • Coordinate tasks and communication between internal teams and clients
  • Support in documentation, reporting, and meeting preparation
  • Gather and record client requirements and feedback
  • Identify and help resolve project-related issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain project timelines

Who Should Apply?

  • For Project Coordinator (Full-time):
    • Prior experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role
    • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • For Project Management Intern:
    • Students or fresh graduates in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
    • Eagerness to learn project management practices in a real-world setting
    • Basic familiarity with project tools (Excel, Gantt charts, Trello, etc.) is a plus
