We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Retention & Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing customer relationships, re-engaging inactive clients, and driving sales through effective telecommunication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve retention and increase revenue.
  • Identify and convert potential leads to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Proactively contact inactive clients to re-establish engagement and promote offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed institution.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 6–12 months in tele sales, customer retention, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and retention goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address and overcome customer objections efficiently.
