We are looking for a results-driven and strategic SME Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing SME customers. This role is responsible for expanding the company’s client base through consultative sales, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to develop SME-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of SME sales, and the ability to execute growth strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and acquire new SME customers to expand the client base.
- Provide consultative sales solutions tailored to SME business needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
Revenue Target Achievement
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and partnerships.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop SME-focused campaigns.
- Align sales strategies with company objectives and customer needs.
Education & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 5–8 years in channel sales, business development, or partner management, preferably in the SME segment.
