PROBLEMS / CHALLENGES
Before implementing Tipsoi, Quasem Industries faced several workforce management issues:
- Inadequate Attendance Tracking: Employees were using different Chinese devices connected to their internal system, which still could not provide comprehensive monitoring of attendance or field activities.
