Return, Refund, and Hardware Warranty Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, or need assistance with a hardware warranty issue, we invite you to review our policies below.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Tipsoi, Level-4, H, 18 Kazi Nazrul Islam Ave, Dhaka 1205.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Tipsoi, accessible at tipsoi.pro
- You means the individual or entity using the Service.
1. Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
- The Goods must be in their original packaging and unused.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Goods with health or hygiene risks unsealed after delivery.
- Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
- Perishable or time-sensitive items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
Note: Discounted or clearance items are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Returning Goods
The buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to:
Tipsoi, Level-2,4,5, H-18 Kazi Nazrul Islam Ave, Dhaka 1205, Bangladesh.
Please use a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Gifts
If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is received. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
5. Hardware Warranty Policy
Hardware items are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
What the warranty covers:
Device repair services are always free of charge. Within the first year (warranty period), if any component replacement is necessary, only the cost of the component will be charged; no labor or service fee applies.
Warranty limitations – Warranty will be void if:
- The device is physically damaged, misused, or dropped
- The device is opened or tampered with
- There is evidence of electrical hazards or power surges caused at the client’s end
- The device is used with an unauthorized power supply
- Damage is caused by natural disasters (e.g., flood, fire, earthquake) or Acts of God
- During the warranty period, replacement of the product may be provided, subject to evaluation of the product’s condition.
Additional Terms:
- Inovace (our hardware partner) is not liable for damage caused during installation or removal by the client’s personnel
- Support response time is typically 24–48 hours, subject to availability and external conditions (e.g., political unrest)
- After the 1-year period, repair/maintenance costs will be chargeable as per actual rates
